Refund of deposit after 24 hours  after check out pending no damage.

Door code and other information will be given the week of check in.

I will be a phone call away. Neighbor will be close if needed also.

Cook a gourmet meal in our gorgeous kitchen. Extra refrigerator/freezer in outdoor screened in area.

Maximum occupancy is 6.  The home is designated to hold a limited number of people, including children of all ages. We strictly observe these occupancy limitations and do not allow overcrowding. Any violation of the occupancy limits of this home will result in revocation of your booking and your immediate removal from the property. In such case there will be no refund for early departure. <br />


Other outdoor amenities include Hot tub. SUP boards and kayak.

Security cameras are located outside throughout the property. They continually record.  If wifi is unplugged or cameras covered will result in  revocation of your booking and your immediate removal from the property. In  such case there will be no refund for early departure

No pets allowed. If a pet is found to be at the property you will be asked to leave immediately.  Any violation of the pet policy will result in revocation of your booking and your immediate removal from the property. In such case there will be no refund for early departure and security deposit forfeited.

We do not allow smoking, vaping or any illegal drugs in the home OR in screened in porch. Any violation of the smoking/vaping policy will result in revocation of your booking and your immediate removal from the property. In such case there will be no refund for early departure and security deposit forfeited. 

There is internet and two smart TV's. Guest can use their own passwords to get into the apps of their choice. Just remember to log out of your apps when you leave.

We are a husband and wife team. We have 3 sons and two beautiful daughter in laws.
